School Author visits 

Terence would love the opportunity to visit your school or library.

Meeting a real live author can increase children's interest in books,  help them understand how books are produced and boost the confidence of any aspiring writers in your school. 

What can Terence offer? 

Terence can offer full days 6hrs or half days 3 hrs at your school. Anything less than 3 hrs is available to schools in the Nottingham City area only.

What can you expect? 

Terence can:

Read his stories. 

Do interactive story making workshops

Hold question and answer sessions. Questions can be prepared beforehand and emailed to him. 

Hold book signings and sales 

Terence is also willing to be photographed if you decide to invite the press. (this should be scheduled towards the end of his visit so as not to interrupt the sessions.)

Can Terence be video recorded? 

Terence is willing to be recorded for the school's own use. He will not be recorded for use outside of the school. 

Book Sales 

Before the visit Terence asks that you let the parents know there is a book available to buy. These can be bought beforehand or on the day. 

Please remind children to bring their books to be signed by him on the day. 

Will Terence need a lunch at school? 

If you would like to offer a lunch for Terence at school he will happily accept. He will eat in the dining room with the children and teachers
